OBJECTIVES
1.
To promote education and capacity building in pharmacovigilance by delivering accessible, high-quality learning opportunities. These will range from foundational concepts to advanced and emerging topics, with the goal of strengthening pharmacovigilance knowledge and skillsets across all levels of experience.
2.
To facilitate cross-sector collaboration and thought leadership by bringing together stakeholders from academia, regulatory bodies, industry, NGOs, and patient advocacy groups. Through these interactions, the branch will serve as a platform for exchanging insights and literature, addressing region-specific challenges, and contributing to the advancement of global pharmacovigilance practices.
3.
To cultivate an active and sustainable pharmacovigilance community, with the branch aspiring to serve as a regional hub for PV dialogue in the MENA region while remaining globally connected and relevant.
